• During the Biathlon week maximum prices are charged regardless of the date
• All prices are given in Euro per day and apartment, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. For each additional person, we charge 15.00 Euro per day.
• For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge a surcharge of 10%.
• The prices do not include the local tax (2,50 Euro per person and day); children under 14 years are free of charge.
• Parking, electricity, heating, waste fees, and final cleaning are included in the price
• In the case of premature departure, we reserve the right to charge the total amount for the stay booked by you (according to international hotel standards)
• Your dog is welcome on request (costs: 10,00€ daily) under the following condition:
  - bring own sleeping place (may not sleep in a bed)
• The apartment is ready for occupancy by 16:00 p.m. We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and to settle the bill the day (evening) before departure (payment possible in cash or creditcard).
